Client progress this week,
And we haven’t even started counting his calories yet, all he did was
- started prioritising rest
- managed his meal timings
- added more food in terms of nutrients
- made minor life style changes
He had milo ice because it’s his favourite and also ate out like everyone else,worked night shift.
It took us some times to identify the issues with his bloatedness, indigestions,restlessness and weight but eventually we rectified it by changing all the factors mentioned above and this is the result now.
Sometimes the answer is not on the weighing scale, it is on your daily lifestyle/habbits/ routines and we have to take all that into consideration when it comes to having good physical and mental health.
